I hate being sick. I hate being sick. I hate being sick.. *hands in my pockets, kicks dirt*
I have a fever. I've been coughing and sneezing in days. The nights were unbearable. I kept waking up in the middle of the night because of the sore throat. The home remedies weren't working so well. So I had to have my Uncle buy me some medicine in the store. Yeah. Just peachy.
But. Yami Yugi (YuGiOh) told me that there's one positive thing about being sick. "You will be pampered to no end, by those who care deeply about you. Spoiled if you will." He's got a good point. I'd have servants catering to my every whim. Haha! Just kidding, of course. I'm no queen and I don't have servants. Obviously. Lol.
Anyway, I found these videos in Mark's blog, and I just thought that it'd be great to share them with you, as well. They are really are worth the share. Freakin' hilarious. They made me feel better, actually. Laughter truly is a medicine.
Like this first one. It's hilarious, really. But remember, don't drink and drive guys..
This one is really funny. It's just a short clip but when I saw it, I went .. Whoa! What the..? HAHAHAHAHAHA!" If you get it, you'll laugh as well. Heh.
And this last one.. I tell you, your heart will melt, your soul will be touched. It's a story about having a goal and reaching for your dreams. It'll make you smile and cry at the same time.. and at the end of it.. you'll just shake your hand and sigh. It'll make you laugh, too. Just a little.
There's this comment on one of the videos on YouTube.. "The videos deserve an academy award." I kinda agree. Heh.
I have seen the other two, and they are very good as well, and the last one is very heartwarming :) I hope you feel better soon Leah and if there is anything I can do to help make you feel better let me know <3
ReplyDeleteYes. It actually is. :D
DeleteThanks so much, Mark. Yes, I know. If you're here, you'd nurse me back to health. <3
The one with 50 MPH man isn't hilarious. It's, like, one of the best mini-movies ever made. The ending is a bit... out of tune, but other than that it's a true masterpiece! Oh, how I cried for him the first time I saw this.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why most of the videos have dead people in the end.. I mean, the characters die. But yes, the 50 MPH man is a masterpiece!
Delete*highfives* Fang. I cried, too....
Cyanide and Happiness... ah. We go so far back in time - only about 5 days, but anyway.
ReplyDeleteHope you don't get well soon lol. Enjoy your pampering and your break. :P
Lol. Yeah, right. I'm not being pampered.. :P
DeleteMe, too! Just found their YouTube when I checked Mark's blog. I needed a good laugh. So glad I found it. xD
