Baguio City

November 24-27, 2011.

I will invade Baguio City. Yipee! It has been 21 years since I've been to Baguio and I'm so excited to go back.

FYI. The Philippines is located just above the equator. We only have 2 distinct seasons: Wet and Dry. In a tropical country where it is hot and humid all the time (except for the Monsoon/Wet Season), what better way to spend your vacation than, travelling with some friends and experiencing the beauty of nature and the cool air of Baguio.

The city is called the summer capital of the Philippines, due to its mild climate. It is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the country. It is also called the City of Pines because of the abundance of pine tree varieties on hills and mountains.. and even on both sides of the road. If you wanna see a very beautiful scenery while taking a breathe of the cool mountain air, Baguio is the place to be.

Okay. So i'll be gone for a few days. My Guest Post series is still up. I still have lots of guest posts lined up, and you can still send me some e-letters (newlife @ hotmail.ph). I will get back to you as soon as I get online.

Yep. I will be back on track before you even know it. In the meantime, you could check out these wonderful guest articles I've already published. Awesome posts by awesome people.

That's it. All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go.. Baguio, here I come! They say it's FREAKIN' COLD there right now. I'd better bring some winter clothes with me. Hehe.

TTFN!

Oh, and Happy Thanksgiving, everybody! ♥

  18. Your pics (in FB) could tell of the great time you had in Baguio. Though a lot of things changed in 21 years since your last visit, still you’d love to go back, but make it every year lels. Masarap talaga sa Baguio, I go there at least twice a year. Sayang nga eh, kung wala akong prior sked, I could have joined you guys. next time I will.

    Enjoy life, SUPER LEAH.
