Dogs are love.
A dog is a man's best friend. I agree. You love them, they will love you unconditionally.
I've been watching episodes of the TV show, Dog Whisperer. A TV show about dog psychology, hosted by Cesar Millan. "I rehabilitate dogs. I train people." In the show, he teaches the human some techniques on how to become an effective pack leader. Dogs need a calm assertive pack leader. If they don't have a pack leader, they become unbalanced. An unbalanced dog usually results in insecurities, dominance and aggression. I've tried a couple of techniques myself and they worked wonders for my dogs. But of course, there should be caution. His principles will work when the human knows how to apply them properly. Again, caution. Dogs are gentle creatures, really. It's just that, some are misunderstood.
I love dogs. Small dogs. Big dogs. Puppies. Even old dogs. My family is also into dogs. We have 3 dogs at home with my parents. And I have 2 here with me. All of them are mine, really. But I can't have them all with me. (smiles) We used to have 10 but some of them.. well, they died.
I pick some very unique names for my dogs, too. I avoid using human names such as Sam or Max or Johnny because that would be pretty awkward, come mealtime. So their names? Chance. Chippy. Nova. Pee Wee. Pan. Rich. Simba. Beauty. Fall. Summer. Winter. Spring. Pandabear. Teddybear. Pokeybear. There.. pretty unique, huh? Yeah? Yeah? Haha!
My dogs. Brothers. Teddybear and Pokeybear. ♥ (smiles)
