U is for University of the Philippines in the Visayas.

UPV.

University of the Philippines in the Visayas. It is probably the most prominent and one of the leading educational institutions in the Southern Philippines. It has 2 campuses. One is located in the heart of the city. and the other is in Miagao, a small town about 45 kilometers away.

I own and run a small business near the area. Almost all of the clients are students and employees from the said university. And since June is only a few days away, they are starting to arrive.

Yep. It looks like I'd be having a pretty busy semester. So that means, I won't be blogging much. But I will update my blog, of course. Ever single time inspiration hits me in the face. Like Boom!

  3. Is that a rod sticking out of the guy's mouth, or is it just a photograph taken from the right angle? ;D

I feel sorry for you having such a busy time. You're basically on the opposite end of my situation, my scholar busy-keepings are almost over.

    1. Hehe. Quite a capture, huh?

It's a pole, I think.. of the building behind the oblation. Oh, that statue is called the Oblation. It's the iconic symbol of the university. The man, all naked and holding his arms open, is an act of offering himself to the country and its people. :)

Yeah.. I think it's about time I do something. I'm bored out of my wits because of boredom. LOL.. because of boredom. xD
