Day 22 - Bible Verse

Day 22.

"Favorite Bible Verse"

With all that's been happening to the world, it seems like this post topic came with perfect timing and is very appropriate. Here is my favorite bible verse.

"With God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)

No matter how hopeless things seem to be, there will always a ray of light. Keep the faith. Faith is our connection to the Lord. We lose our faith, we lose our connection with God. His word is powerful and ALIVE, and that we should carry HIM with us as we face the challenges in our paths.

It's just that sometimes, people can easily lose faith.

During times of trouble or pain, we tend to question God. We tend to question His plans. "Why is this happening to me, Lord? Why do all of these pain, I am feeling? What have I done to deserve this?" It is all "I" and "me". We never bothered to think and meditate about what's happening around us. We never stopped to really comprehend the reason behind our pain.

It's a sad truth that most of us, during the bad times, we ask for God. We remember God. But what about during the good times? Most of us doesn't. Deny it all you want. But most of us tend to forget that there is a higher power, when things are going our way.

I know that God has a plan for all of us. And I know that in His plan, He will arrange for some circumstances that will test our faith. We will be facing pain, grief, loss, heartaches and some serious adversities in our lives. But as long as we have faith in Him, everything will turn out fine.

Have faith. Keep the faith. Just believe. All things are possible to him who believes.

  1. Yes Leah. You are correct. Faith is very important. Well, it is the most important thing that we must have here on earth!

Our Faith will protect us and strengthen us in times of suffering and pain. Our Faith gives us hope that our Lord will not abandon us. It is our Faith that push us to love Jesus and worship Him even if people mock us or make fun of us.

You are correct Leah. It is time for us to return to God. To be more faithful.

  6. wow. this was very timely, indeed. and yes, i do agree with you. i believe that we sometimes only turn to God as a last resort, then expect him to immediately save us from whatever mess we have gotten ourselves into.

God indeed has a plan for all of us, though we may sometimes not understand.
